About Me

I use a low carb and clean ketogenic nutritional approach combined with optimizing numerous lifestyle factors to lower inflammation and insulin levels - both of which are at the core of almost every metabolic condition and health marker. More specifically, I focus on a higher protein modified ketogenic diet combined with other pillars of health, such as sleep, exercise and stress management, along with tools such as meal timing and structure through intermittent fasting, to form a holistic approach towards achieving optimal health. I have solved many of my own health issues over the years through a fine tuned series of steps involved in the lifestyle changes and habits required for a total transformation. I am beyond excited to help other busy women do the same, by guiding them through a redefinition of self care, and get there faster than I was ever able to on my own.
